Dom Einhorn
Founder and Chief Marketing OfficerA serial entrepreneur, Dom Einhorn started his first business (import-export of nutritional supplements) while still in military school, at the age of 19. A native from the Alsace region of France, Dom is fluent in six languages.In the spring of 1994, Dom decided to move to sunny California where he launched an online marketing firm catering to established as well as start-up web companies. The consultancy specialized in new customer acquisition campaigns on behalf of its clients and quickly positioned itself as a top 1% affiliate marketer for dozens of merchants including DELL, ETrade, Amazon, Tiger Direct, Expedia, Priceline, 1-800 Flowers and more, generating tens of millions of dollars in merchant transactions and millions of sales leads.
The consultancy merged with a public company in the spring of 2000 in an eight-figure transaction.
A pioneer in online media, search optimization and lead generation, Dom spends most of his time between Berlin, Manila and Los Angeles where his clients and employees keep him busy and challenged.

RYAN VAN RENSSELAER
V.P. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTRyan van Rensselaer brings over 15 years of experience as a business owner, Vice President of acquisitions, project manager and consultant to Maximum Harvest.
A seasoned veteran in the commercial and residential real estate and finance industry, Ryan is a pro in investment and portfolio management and the brokering and structuring of acquisitions. He enjoys creating a vision and nurturing that vision from inception to reality. In 2008, Ryan left a position with C.I.P as VP of Acquisitions/ Dispositions to pursue a more independent role of brokering and building relationships in the private investment banking and resort development world.
More recently, Ryan has focused his attention on “digital real estate,” deploying his vast portfolio management experience by assisting the Maximum Harvest team with the identification, revamp and monetization of underperforming digital media assets.

DR. STEPHEN READ
COMPUTER SCIENTISTDr. Stephen Read has been a Computer Scientist for over 30 years.
Born in London, and raised in West Africa, he came to America in the 1970s and was programming his first Digital DEC 10 by the age of 16.
In 1988, as a member of the ZDS Design Group, he helped author the primary Operating System for the world’s fastest super mini-computer, the C180.
In 1997, he successfully developed the first 4th generation embedded processor, which allows wheelchair bound patients complete freedom of motion using a wand manipulated with their tongue.
In 2001, he was awarded a Directors Prize for Design for his help in designing the architecture of the McGraw Hill Learning Network
He personally holds 5 patents relating to the usage and transmission of data over high speed networks.
A recent transplant from San Diego, he is now a resident of Hilton Head, South Carolina where he runs his software company, SCORE.

Mike Casson

Russell Miller
RECIPROCAL CONSULTANTRussell is the former Director of Investor Relations for Force Protection, Inc., a leading provider of MRAP vehicles to the US Military. During his tenure at the company, Force Protection’s market capitalization grew from less than $1 million to $2 billion. Force Protection was acquired by General Dynamics in November of 2011.
As a consultant, Russell has successfully structured and participated in private placements, mezzanine financing, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers and acquisitions for companies on the OTC, American Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.
Russell has assisted a multitude of companies with their strategic plans for growth, liquidity, and return on equity by facilitating relationships with investment bankers, government institutions.
Russell relies on his broad range of worldwide contacts throughout the investment banking community, which include a large number of accredited investors and institutions from around the world.
