Dom Einhorn
Founder and Chief Marketing OfficerA serial entrepreneur, Dom Einhorn started his first business (import-export of nutritional supplements) while still in military school, at the age of 19. A native from the Alsace region of France, Dom is fluent in six languages.In the spring of 1994, Dom decided to move to sunny California where he launched an online marketing firm catering to established as well as start-up web companies. The consultancy specialized in new customer acquisition campaigns on behalf of its clients and quickly positioned itself as a top 1% affiliate marketer for dozens of merchants including DELL, ETrade, Amazon, Tiger Direct, Expedia, Priceline, 1-800 Flowers and more, generating tens of millions of dollars in merchant transactions and millions of sales leads.
The consultancy merged with a public company in the spring of 2000 in an eight-figure transaction.
A pioneer in online media, search optimization and lead generation, Dom spends most of his time between Berlin, Manila and Los Angeles where his clients and employees keep him busy and challenged.

Scott thrives in Maximum Harvest’s fast-paced environment where he uses the same skills that made him successful in athletics to keep our customers happy. His biggest challenge after a lifetime of taking on 250lb linebackers has been starting his Organic Farm where he grows all sorts of tasty fruits and veggies.

Russell Miller
V.P. Business DevelopmentRussell is the former Director of Investor Relations for Force Protection, Inc., a leading provider of MRAP vehicles to the US Military. During his tenure at the company, Force Protection’s market capitalization grew from less than $1 million to $2 billion. Force Protection was acquired by General Dynamics in November of 2011.
As a consultant, Russell has successfully structured and participated in private placements, mezzanine financing, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers and acquisitions for companies on the OTC, American Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.
Russell has assisted a multitude of companies with their strategic plans for growth, liquidity, and return on equity by facilitating relationships with investment bankers, government institutions.

Mike Casson

John Guzman
Chief Operating OfficerA graduate of the Philippine School of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a major in Marketing Management, John Guzman has the perfect academic and professional credentials to lead the Maximum Harvest production and marketing team.As a highly motivated, 7-year veteran in the affiliate marketing industry, John understands what it means to earn his compensation on a performance basis. John’s team never misses a deadline on an assignment. His self discipline and work ethic are unparalleled in the industry and his impeccable track record as a top earner in the affiliate industry speaks for itself.
John directs and coordinates the daily operations of the company and assigns and tracks each team member’s work load.
His responsibilities include the day-to-day management and training of a large and growing workforce, aggressive goal setting and deadline assignment, as well as general client campaign management.
John lives in the City of Marikina, the Eastern District of Metro Manila’s four districts. The people of Marikina have the reputation of being the most disciplined citizens of the Philippines.
April Guzman
Director of Human ResourcesApril Guzman graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dr. Carlos Lanting College and also earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Santo Tomas.
A natural “people person”, April excels at managing the Maximum Harvest team and in keeping everyone motivated and on track.
Frankly, we can’t remember the last time April missed a deadline. Her attention to detail and discipline have earned her the ultimate respect from our entire team.
April manages a dedicated team of junior marketers along with a portfolio of client projects. She makes her home in Manila, Philippines, and is the proud parent of two teenage boys with her husband, John.
