Re: JD LawGroup; Maximum Harvest case generation

Dear Sirs:

This letter is to provide an outline of the highly successful pilot “legal lead gen” project completed between my law firm JDLawGroup, and Maximum Harvest over the past six months.

Over the past six months, through the trial pilot project, the Maximum Harvest lead generation campaign has produced over 100 leads which, forwarded and screened by my law office, has led to the signing of 5 highly lucrative personal injury hip implant cases.

A conservative evaluation of the overall value of the signed cases--in terms of legal fees to be generated to JD LawGroup—is in excess of $200,000 (to be paid in approximately two years at settlement of cases.) JDLawGroup has committed to allocating a $50,000 marketing budget with Maximum Harvest at the end of year two toward generation of similar cases.

The Process: Person suffering from hip implant problem conducts online search for various terms related to hip implant injury, attorney or lawsuit. The search results in a Maximum Harvest web resource--typically located on first page of Google search results, which the potential patient clicks, leading to a hip implant recall landing page or a blog entry about a similar topic. Any current hip implant resources are naturally of great interest to those seeking information and possible legal representation for their hip implant problem.

Maximum Harvest has built a “lead conversion funnel” that starts with an advertising impression and is optimized to generate a highly targeted, actionable “legal lead” that is immediately passed along to my office for instant follow-up.

Example: Once the potential client clicks on the margin ad, for example:

“INJURED BY DEPUY HIP IMPLANT?”
• Lead submits online contact form or calls toll free number.
• If contact form submitted, immediate email is sent acknowledging submission of form and stating that the lead will receive a call shortly.

Data is forwarded within seconds to attorney Donahue who, usually within 5-15 minutes makes initial contact call, begins screening process to determine if the lead has one of the artificial hip implants, which are part of the recall lawsuits (DePuy ASR/Pinnacle, Stryker, Zimmer, etc).

• Screening process: Confirm hip type, obtain confirmation via medical records of hip type, obtain signed retainer agreement and medical records release.

Signed Case Example: Woman submits online contact form. JDLawGroup contacts her. She faxes medical records documenting that she has the recalled hip. She signs a retainer agreement wherein she agrees to pay JDLawGroup 40% and co-counsel 60% of any gross recovery. Conservative estimate of value of this one case in terms of attorneys fees payable to JDLawGroup is $100,000, out of the client’s gross recovery of an estimated $750,000, for damages such as medical expenses, loss of wages, pain and suffering connected with two extremely painful hip surgeries, the recovery process, blood poisoning, etc.

Other Cases: 4 other hip cases (one part of a different brand hip recall lawsuit) have been signed with different law firms, depending on the type of case. These collectively are estimated to have a referral fee value to JDLawGroup of at least $100,000.
